Keeley and Blake’s story started on Hinge, but somehow it never felt that way. From the beginning, it had this old-soul ease to it, like they’d been orbiting each other for years and just finally bumped into each other at the right time. Their OKC wedding venue felt like an extension of that, a mix of nostalgia and personality.
A mutual friend had vouched for Blake, insisting he was one of the good ones, and Keeley decided to take the risk. It didn’t take long before “just one date” turned into something.
Keeley is one of those people who makes everyone feel like they’ve known her forever. She’s open and joyful. Blake balances her out with quiet humor and a calm presence. They make love look effortless.
The weather showed up for them, which, if you’ve ever been to an OK wedding in summer, you know, is saying something. Not too hot, not too sunny, just a slight breeze.
The Oklahoma Hall of Fame is a space full of history. The kind of place that lets character shine. And Keeley and Blake had plenty to bring. I loved their choice of colors, and they blended seamlessly with the vibe of their OKC wedding venue.
Keeley’s vision for the reception was clear from the start. She wanted it to feel like an ‘80s disco. That’s exactly how it felt. The room came alive with color and movement—a mix of bold florals, mirrored sparkle, and nostalgic charm.
The cake table quietly honored the generations before them with photos of their parents on their wedding days. The bar had embossed napkins, custom matchbooks, and a picture wall that documented their years together. Of course, Keeley and Blake weren’t about to skip the fun. A Braum’s ice cream cart rolled in, alongside an old-fashioned popcorn machine serving up buttery goodness in custom buckets. There was even a vending machine filled with fortunes. I’d say your future looks even better when it comes out of a metal box with flashing lights.
Under the glow of the disco balls and checkerboard dance floor, it all came together. Vintage, playful, sentimental, and electric. For more wedding content, see this intimate summer wedding at Dresser Mansion!
